Volunteer to Help with the Interfaith Garden!

Looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity? Click here to sign up to be a ‘Gardener of the Week’ for our Interfaith Garden, which provides fresh veggies to our neighbors facing food insecurity through SHARE of McLean!

***No watering required!*** Volunteers signing up agree to come and weed the beds during your week, harvest anything that looks ready to eat that week, and drop it off at Share on Saturday (along with any donated garden veggies dropped off at the church on Friday!)

Bring your own garden tools this year, and no need to weigh what you harvest– just bring it directly to SHARE on Saturday morning of your harvest week at 9:30am.You’ll be able to drop off your produce (along with any of the donated produce dropped off at Immanuel the preceding Friday from home veggie gardens) to the volunteers in the parking lot.
