Making Room: Water Bottles

“With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” Isaiah 12:3

Bottled water is a habit for many of us, but it can easily be broken. Take the challenge today to go one day without bottled water. Use a reusable bottle or pack a transportable cup. And then, try again tomorrow.

Here’s a prayer for today:

Holy One
You quench our thirst
With your streams of mercy, 
In holy conversations,
Through sacred vulnerability

Let us nurture that same thirst
For righteousness and justice,
For untempered love,
And unfettered conviction
Amen
