Meatless Monday! Learn about how CO2 emissions can be seriously reduced by swapping beef for beans (even if you do so a few times a week!).

Creating God
We give you thanks for the wonder that surrounds us
Trees that lift our imaginations
Birds that captivate our spirits
Grass that softens our falls
Help us to live deep lives
Aware of your beauty
Aware of your careful attention
That surrounds each breath
And cradles ever faltering
