Following our April 2nd 10:00am worship service, Immanuel will be entering Holy Week with an EGGSTRAVAGANZA for all ages, with special activities for children—including an EGG HUNT ON THE LAWN!
This morning, the Fellowship Committee is creating egg-themed and egg-shaped goodies for all to share during coffee hour at the back of the sanctuary following worship. Come and enjoy chocolate bird nest confections, egg-shaped cookies, and chocolates, and join in on the fun by bringing YOUR specialty deviled eggs!
During this EGGSTRAVAGANZA, we’re having an egg-off competition for the prize of a specially engraved large kitchen spoon (and bragging rights, of course!). Bring your favorite iteration of this classic church potluck dish, label your ingredients with a Post-it upon arrival, and drop your deviled eggs in the sanctuary kitchen before worship! During coffee hour, all will get to taste and vote on the winner!
Note: Gluten-free and vegan sweet treats will be available and labeled as such so that all may participate in the creativity and fun safely!
