At our February 5th Supper Church, we’ll sing, pray, and hear the word proclaimed by guest preacher and vocational-development expert, Rev. Peter Vorkink. After the sermon, we’ll share communion and then have dinner during guided conversations in small groups. Each small group will get to go through one of the exercises used by our IPC Pathways “guide teams” as part of our “Imagining Your Future” program. Get to know our guest preacher: Peter, an ordained Episcopal Priest, has devoted his career to teaching various religion courses (religion broadly understood) to secondary school students, including courses on vocation-related topics, such as the one called “Imagining Your Future.” He’s now working with The Harraseeket Foundation, guiding the content of its Pathways programs, including the IPC Pathways program at Immanuel.
