LRSS Tutoring
Calling all IPC youth and young adults! We look forward to hosting our friends from Langley Residential Support Services on Tuesday nights in July and hope you will join us. LRSS is a local non-profit that offers residential and enrichment programs for those with developmental disabilities.
IPC has partnered with LRSS since its inception, and we traditionally host LRSS residents for games and snacks on Tuesday evenings in July. These nights are low key and fun, giving residents a chance to socialize and giving IPC youth/young adults a chance to interact with and support our neighbors with special needs. We provide activities, games and snacks while you provide encouragement and support to our LRSS guests. Come for one or all four nights — we’d love to see you and welcome all interested volunteers! Our group will gather in the Meeting House from 6:30-7:45pm on July 1, 8, 15 and 22. Please let Pastor Emma (ehorn@ipcmclean.org) know if you can help out. You’ll be so glad you did!
